Paramount Miami Worldcenter, which is part of the megaproject Miami Worldcenter, is one of the most anticipated condominiums to date. The luxurious building will be located in what currently is, and will be for the foreseeable future, the very heart of Miami. Paramount Miami will rise738 feet above ground level, 60 stories throughout, containing a total of 466 units. The luxurious units will be unparalleled when it comes to their residential features. Every apartment in the building will offer private elevator access to a private foyer, which in turn will provide a warm welcoming to guests. The residences will have 10-foot tall ceilings, spacious entertainment and common areas, and outdoor living areas offering unmatched views of both the city and the bay.

If the luxury offered by the units is not enough, the numerous amenities that are promised to be included at Paramount Miami Worldcenter will ensure that all possible needs are met. If one is in need of undisturbed relaxation, outdoor bath gardens in addition to the easing up at the spa will ensure utter leisure and pleasure. Additionally, the development will also feature the Marriot Marquis World Convention Center Hotel, which will include 1,800 rooms and over 500,000 square feet of meet and convention space. This colossal project is to begin construction towards the end of this year or the beginning of next year, and Paramount Miami Worldcenter is expected to be completed in 2018.
