Overview
Una Residences Brickell is an ultra luxurious pre-construction project in Brickell. OKO Group, in partnership with the investment company Cain International, will develop the waterfront site located in South Brickell on 25th Road. UNA Residences Brickell, once completed, will be a swooping 47-story luxury tower. With only 135 residences, each with a private elevator entry, ranging in size from 1,100 to 4,786 square feet makes the project very exclusive for Brickell standards. Prices will start at $900,000 to more than $5 million for penthouse residences.
Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, UNA takes its inspiration from the elegant shapes and materials of classic yacht design. Instantly recognizable by the sweeping curve of its dramatic silhouette, the building’s glass surface brilliantly reflects the dazzling sunlight, while floor-to-ceiling window take advantage of a coveted setting on Biscayne Bay. UNA Residences – Features
Residence units feature private elevator entries into each residence. Each unit comes with an expansive terrace with effortless “lift and glide” floor to ceiling doors. The glass balcony railings allow you to have sweeping views of the bay from within your residence. Residences feature 10’8″ ceiling heights which is well above the Miami standard. Penthouse units feature 11’7” to 12’4” ceilings. Kitchens feature Gaggenau Appliances and chef’s kitchen. Flow-through residences with east-to-west ocean and city exposures on the top floors.
