The much-anticipated Brickell House is a preconstruction condominium currently under development by Newgard Development Group, and is expected to be completed in 2014 with a design by famed architect Sieger Suarez and interior designer Yabu Pushelberg. The concept is similar to the architecture of 50 Biscayne, also designed by Sieger Suarez, and the building will stand at roughly 500 feet with 46 floors. As is customary for numerous Brickell condos, the tower will have retail and restaurant space at ground level.
Standard to the trend occurring throughout all preconstruction luxury condominiums in development, the amenities planned for Brickell House are extravagant. This project, however, is also singular in its stunning landmark architecture, its cutting-edge “green building” technology, and its state-of-the-art fully-automated parking garage. Other remarkable amenities will include an incredible glass-enclosed corner café and bar with perimeter reflecting pool, a modern and paved sun-lit arrival entry, a grand triple-height lobby accented with stone, wood and stainless steel finishes. Additionally, it will consist of a private, owner’s lounge with an event bar, catering kitchen, and daily world newspapers, as well as a high-definition screening room with a 10-foot screen and theater-style seating.
Residences will flaunt spacious, modern layouts from 500 to 5,000 square-feet; that includes studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, and penthouse units. Expansive private balconies will be accessible from the living rooms and master bedrooms, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with impact-resistant laminated glass will stifle outside noise. The penthouse units will consist of gourmet kitchens featuring Imported European cabinets, elegant imported stone countertops and backspashes, a premium built-in stainless steel refrigerator, convection oven, induction cook-top, and microwave.
