As of late, Edgewater has been attracting celebrities as a light attracts insects. This comes as no surprise though, given its prime location on the bay and its proximity to the Design District, Brickell/Downtown, and South Beach. Only adding to its pros are the low prices in the area, which are roughly $475 – $525 per sq ft. For these reasons, French DJ David Guetta recently purchased the penthouse unit at one of the three towers that will be known as Paraiso Bay. David commented to the press about his investment in the penthouse unit: “I have been following the evolution of Edgewater and the surrounding areas for a little while now as I believe this could develop into something really interesting in the years to come,” said Guetta. “Looking closely at all Paraiso Bay had to offer, I figured it would be an excellent investment opportunity to take advantage of what this up and coming neighborhood will surely become, while enjoying what will be a great building to relax whenever I’ll be in town.”

As the name denotes, the apartment buildings might as well be paradise as they will feature private elevators, a lagoon pool overlooking the bay, a luxury spa, a top of the tier gym, two tennis courts with instructors, a marina, a beach club, a top-chef restaurant, and other amenities.  David was not the only celebrity seduced by this paradise, but also world tennis champion Arantxa Sanchez-Vicario, San Antonio Spurs shooting guard Manu Ginobili, and a former Real Madrid player.

Over 70% of the 345 units of the first tower at Paraiso Bay are reserved and the sales were only launched in September 2013. If you are interested in living in bliss, and bliss is limited, do not hesitate to call us at (305) 379-0203.
