EDGE Steak & Bar at Brickell’s Four Seasons Hotel Miami welcomes back its third annual Australia Day fete. The festivities include a weeklong, three-course lunch menu from Monday, January 23, 2017 to Saturday, January 28, 2017. A chef’s tasting menu will also be served, plating five Down Under-inspired courses for $55 per person. EDGE’s Executive Chef, Aaron Brooks—an Aussie native and “Lambassador“—is the man behind the musings and the master of ceremonies for the culminating Bahía ‘Barbie on Sunday, January 29 from 1-4 PM. Chef Brooks is sharing the BBQ duties with a few of his culinary friends, including SUGARCANE raw bar grill’s Tim Balloo, 27 Restaurant & Bar’s Jimmy Lebron, Threefold Cafe’s Bret Pelaggi, and DIRT’s Nicole Votano. A Kangaroo Punch and The Tank Brewing Co. and J Wakefield craft sips complement the grilled specialties. Sunday’s gathering is pool-friendly, so be sure to bring a swimsuit.
