Echo Brickell’s $42 million penthouse is Brickell’s most lavish listing

The astounding Carlos Ott penthouse on Echo Brickell’s 56th floor has been re-listed on the market for a whopping $42 million. At approximately $4,500 per square foot, the unit is officially the most expensive listing in Brickell.
