Quinto La Huella’s open flame grill is heating up Brickell’s brunch offerings.
A bustling, carnivorous brunch is taking place every Sunday at EAST’s Quinto La Huella, the Uruguayan-based restaurant now perched atop the Brickell City Centre. The weekly midday meal speaks more to meat lovers than those seeking breakfast style bites; there are no waffle or omelet stations in sight. Instead, Quinto’s signature open flame grill, takes center stage, plated mounds of sausages, steaks, and chicken just off the alfresco terrace. Guests can then pair their hearty helpings with quinoa, charred vegetables, potatoes, bread, fresh sushi, and more. Pastries, tarts, mousses, and cakes also bountifully tower atop each other, making for an elegantly displayed sweet finish. Quinto’s buffet brunch checks in at $45 per person; unlimited pours of rose can be added for $20 more. (Hours: 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
Meats are served with unique and classic chimichurri variations.
Pastries, cakes, and goodies abound during brunch.
