A little over a month, Waterstone Capital announced its plan to build a 24-story building named “Brickell Ten”. The property, which cost about $7.4 million, is located at 1010 SW 2nd Avenue, across from the Aloft Hotel in Brickell.
The building will have 155 units in total, and 15% of these have already been reserved as sales began early in February. The prices for each unit are averaging around $390 per square foot.
Brickell Ten is being designed by BC Architects from Coral Gables, whereas the interior is to be designed by Adrianna Hoyos, an interior design firm with both Ecuadorian and Miami roots. The construction is to be carried out by Civic Construction, with groundbreaking set for summer of this year.
