1000 Museum


Designed by Pritzker Architet Prize recipient Zaha Hadid, 1000 Museum will be unlike all other condo towers in Miami. The building will have an exo-skeleton support structure, thereby removing the need for interior columns and ultimately maximizing interior space. And space for what you might ask? Well for amenities such as a high security vault, an indoor aquatic center, and a 5-star restaurant (not to mention the helicopter pad on the top floor).

One façade of this development is to be adorned with a 600 foot tall illuminated glass mural by renowned Dutch artist Jan Hendrix. As if this alone does not set The Edge apart from the bunch, the building will have a robotic parking garage, an electric car charging station and a biometric entry system, which all of you technophiles  are sure to find pretty intriguing.

Paramount Miami’s New Video Shows All Its Splendor


ParamountMiamiWcAfter far too long of a wait, Paramount Miami Worldcenter has finally released a sleek website (which can be reached by clicking here), which includes some new content concerning the building, such as the video above, which depicts Paramount Miami Worldcenter in all its splendor.

After gliding up the resplendent façade of the tower, the video delves into the many aspects of this 60 story novelty, featuring the amenities that are not easily found in apartment buildings in the concrete jungle that is Miami. In the video we can see the points of entry of the building, including the entrance at The Mall at Miami Worldcenter (which is just an elevator ride away for any resident), the conservatory, the outdoor bath gardens, the music room with the private recording studio (which will be equipped with instruments), and the ‘Yacht Skyview Deck’. Other unconventional amenities in Paramount include a private boxing studio, tennis courts, private hair and nail bars, a children’s room, a videogame room, and a soccer field.

Sales for this building were launched in November of last year, and since, over 10% of the 472 units have already gathered reservations. This can be partially attributed to the marketing campaign for the building, which was carried out in Brazil. More of these trips are to come though, as marketing in Colombia, Mexico, China, among others, are expected in the near future.

Although Paramount is still years from being realized, as its set completion date is in 2018, it is never too early for one to secure a spot for such luxurious living. Paramount Miami’s Floorplans & Prices Unveiled


On Wednesday November 12th, the floorplans and prices of the Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower, which was branded Paramount Miami Worldcenter not too long ago, were released for a limited amount of apartments. This highly anticipated development is part of the mega-project Miami WorldCenter, which is set to break-ground early next year.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter will feature 466 city and bay-view residences throughout 60 floors, which will range in size from 1,300 to 2,300 square feet. All of the units will have private elevator access with private foyers. Not only will these elevators provide private access to a given resident’s apartment, but the resident will also have direct access to The Mall at Miami Worldcenter through the same elevator. All units will also have high ceilings, as well as European designed kitchens, spacious laundry rooms, commodious living areas, and rain showers and spa bathtubs. The three bedroom residences will also feature lock-out studios, meaning that one of the bedrooms will have an extra, separate entrance from the foyer.

Other than the obvious, top-notch amenities such as pools, outdoor lounges, indoor social spaces, and fitness centers, Paramount Miami Worldcenter will include facilities that few other developments host. Among these conveniences are a private boxing studio, private hair and nail bars, outdoor bath gardens, a conservatory, a children’s play room, a video-game room, a music room with a private recording studio, and a picnic/BBQ area.
