On Wednesday November 12th, the floorplans and prices of the Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower, which was branded Paramount Miami Worldcenter not too long ago, were released for a limited amount of apartments. This highly anticipated development is part of the mega-project Miami WorldCenter, which is set to break-ground early next year.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter will feature 466 city and bay-view residences throughout 60 floors, which will range in size from 1,300 to 2,300 square feet. All of the units will have private elevator access with private foyers. Not only will these elevators provide private access to a given resident’s apartment, but the resident will also have direct access to The Mall at Miami Worldcenter through the same elevator. All units will also have high ceilings, as well as European designed kitchens, spacious laundry rooms, commodious living areas, and rain showers and spa bathtubs. The three bedroom residences will also feature lock-out studios, meaning that one of the bedrooms will have an extra, separate entrance from the foyer.

Other than the obvious, top-notch amenities such as pools, outdoor lounges, indoor social spaces, and fitness centers, Paramount Miami Worldcenter will include facilities that few other developments host. Among these conveniences are a private boxing studio, private hair and nail bars, outdoor bath gardens, a conservatory, a children’s play room, a video-game room, a music room with a private recording studio, and a picnic/BBQ area.

Miami’s Next Colossal Development: Miami Worldcenter

Earlier this year during summer, Miami Worldcenter officially submitted the plans for the project’s first phase of development to the city so that these could be reviewed. In September, the plan was finally approved unanimously by Miami’s City Commission, giving the behemoth development the green light to begin construction.

To be located just north of Brickell and encompassing the area west of Biscayne Boulevard between 2nd and 11th street, Miami Worldcenter will be situated in the heart of this concrete jungle. Until recently, the residency aspect of this two-billion dollar development had been kept somewhat of a secret; however this month further details were provided concerning the Miami Worldcenter Signature Tower. The building is to be called Paramount Miami and is to stand at 738 feet above ground level. It will contain 466 residential units for which “VIP Registration” can be attained by signing up at the building’s website.

The Miami Worldcenter will also feature at least three other towers which, with the Paramount, will total to over 1,000 condo units. Additionally, this project will also consist of the Marriot Marquis World Convention Center Hotel, which includes around 1,800 rooms and over 500,000 square feet of meeting and convention space. The hotel will also include top-class amenities and a massive outdoor event deck. At the center of this development is the Mall at Miami Worldcenter, which will offer 765,000 square feet of retail, dining destinations, and entertainment. This colossal project is set to begin construction towards the end of this year or the beginning of the next.
