I am moving to Axis soon, but I have visited my unit for a couple of times and I have build up some opinion. The unit is good, but needs more storage space, but what really makes me sad about my apartment is the noise from the AC. Nor even in the oldest Miami units in Miami Beach or in Brickell you see AC like that. The noise is horrible, so we can tell that the developer did a good job, but not an excellent one. Tiny closets, noisy AC and lack of space. I haven't tried the washing system yet. I hope I don't get disappointed. Lack of space can be fixed, but cheap AC system not.

I simply love the Axis. There is no better location, the neighbors are friendly, the amenities are great, and most importantly the price is right. There are nicer buildings with better amenities but there is no better deal than this building.
